While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, the law, approved codes of practice, and technical guidance change over time. Purchases and refunds

We sell two one-time digital packs: the Basic Pack (£15) and the Pro Pack (£29). Prices include VAT — nothing is added at checkout. Payment is handled by Stripe, and your license key is emailed to you instantly after payment.

Because these are digital files, our refund policy is this: you can claim a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded the pack. Once the pack has been downloaded, the 30-day change-of-mind refund no longer applies.

Faulty or misrepresented files are different: if a file is corrupted, will not open, or is not as described on the sales page, we will repair, replace or refund it regardless of whether it has been downloaded. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
