LegionellaCheck (legionellacheck.org.uk) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

Email addresses

If you request our free legionella risk assessment template, we ask for your email address. We use it to send you the template and nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you explicitly opt in at a later point.

Server logs

Our web server records standard access logs including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. These logs are used for security monitoring and error diagnosis only. They are retained for no longer than 30 days.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are most useful and where visitors come from. Google Analytics sets cookies that record an anonymised identifier, the pages you visit, the time you spend on each page, and the device and browser you use. IP addresses are anonymised before they reach Google''s servers.

To opt out of Google Analytics across all sites, install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies.
